Choosing a format: onsite, online, or hybrid
You can choose from three event formats. The format changes what information is shown to participants.

Onsite
An in-person event at a venue. The address and access details are displayed, and QR code check-in is available on the day.
Online
An event held via streaming. The viewing URL can be shared only with registered participants.
Hybrid
Held both at a venue and online. Setting separate tickets for in-person and online attendance makes headcounts and day-of operations easier to manage.
Tips for choosing
- If networking is the main goal, onsite works best.
- To reach remote participants, consider hybrid, but also weigh the operational load of streaming.
