Open the event from the "My Events" page and select "Cancel" from your registration details. Refunds for paid tickets depend on each event's cancellation policy.
If you do not remember your password, reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. If you are unsure which email you registered, check which address receives emails from 4S.
Your purchase confirmation email serves as proof of payment. For a formal receipt with a specific addressee, contact the event organizer.
While signed in, open "My QR Code" and show it to the staff at reception. Once scanned, your check-in is complete.
ADMIN covers all management operations, EDITOR edits event content, COORDINATOR manages attendees, and RECEPTIONIST handles day-of check-in.
