Trouble signing in
If you cannot sign in, try the following steps depending on the cause.

"Incorrect password" is shown
Passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot sign in with the password you remember, reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. See resetting your password for details.
You do not remember which email you registered
The address receiving emails from 4S, such as event registration confirmations, is your registered address. If you have multiple addresses, try a password reset with each one.
You keep being asked for a verification code
Your email address may not be verified yet. Enter the verification code you received, or request a new code.
