Creating ticket types
You can set up multiple ticket types per event. Splitting tickets by attendance type or price tier makes sales easier to track.

What you can configure
- Name and description — use names that identify the audience, such as "General", "Student", or "VIP".
- Price — free or paid with a set amount.
- Capacity — the sales limit per ticket type.
- Sales period — start and end date/time for sales.
Design tips
- Early bird — time-limited discounted tickets are a proven way to drive early registrations.
- Hybrid events — separate tickets for in-person and online attendance smooth out day-of operations.
- Changing prices after sales begin affects fairness for existing buyers, so do it carefully.
