Payments and receiving your revenue

Paid ticket payments are processed by Stripe. Participants' card details never pass through 4S servers and are handled securely by Stripe.

How revenue flows

  1. When a participant buys a ticket, payment is processed immediately.
  2. Sales can be tracked in the event management screen.
  3. Payouts are processed according to the settlement flow after the event ends.

Fees

Ticket sales incur payment processing and service fees. Check the terms of service or your sales settings for current rates. The payout amount is your sales minus these fees.

Things to prepare

  • Register your bank account details for settlement early.
  • It also helps to confirm in advance how fees are treated when refunds occur.
