Refunds

Refund availability and conditions are set by each event's organizer. Check the cancellation policy on the event page, and contact the organizer if you wish to request a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the credit card used for purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take several days to a few weeks to appear on your statement.

Receipts

Your purchase confirmation email serves as proof of payment. If you need a formal receipt with a specific addressee, please contact the event organizer.

If the event is canceled

For events canceled by the organizer, follow the organizer's instructions regarding refunds.
