You can check attendee status in "Attendee Management" within the event management screen.

Understanding entry statuses

CONFIRMED — participation is confirmed.
PENDING — awaiting organizer approval at an approval-based event.
REJECTED — the organizer declined the entry.
CANCELED — the participant canceled their own entry.
CHECKED_IN — passed reception on the day.

Tips

Filtering by status helps you catch unprocessed approvals and track attendance rates on the day.
The CHECKED_IN count works as a real-time headcount during the event.
